Capitol Hill Children’s Chess Club (CH3C) is an after-school program in DC for neighborhood students in grades 2-6 that are interested in learning and playing chess. CH3C meets nearly every Wednesday at 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20003. Players are grouped by ability, not age or grade level.
